4.1. While we make every effort to ensure that our coffee is free from defects, we cannot guarantee it. Therefore, we advise you to always check the coffee before grinding.

4.2. If you discover any defects in the coffee upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

4.3. We accept no responsibility for any damage to grinders resulting from the use of our coffee.
