Thank you for shopping with Change Coffee Roasters. We strive to provide you with the finest quality coffee beans and products however, if for any reason we have failed to meet your expectations then please review the following information before getting in touch:
1. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving incorrect or damaged items. All sales are final.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic evidence but rest assured, upon verification, we will gladly replace the incorrect or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for incorrect or damaged items that cannot be replaced. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed to the original form of payment within 28 days of our receipt of the returned items.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in progress.
